During ADE the Unmute team was spending time checking out vinyls at the Kompakt pop-up store.
Lukas from Kompakt Records handed over a record to me and said “You mentioned brazilian funk,you must listen to this!” .
Marita Rita Stumpf is a Brazilian singer that released the album Brasileira back in 1988.
30 years later , the same album was re-released on the new brazilian label Selva Discos.
Together with the re-release, Selva Discos released a 12″ with remixes based on the Brasileira-album called Maria Rita – Brasileira Remixes
The 12″ contains two remixes of Maria Rita Stumpf tracks:
