This Berlin born but Amsterdam based marvel of an artist, Hunee, fits right into the DJ-world of Amsterdam, a style I call a “Rush Mix”. More commonly than you might think, in Amsterdam at least, you would hear Acid house, deep house, funky house, brasillian funk and Disco being mixed together. This is what goes under the very-unknown-name Rush mix. Hunee is the king of the Rush mix. Every now and then he releases a (or some) tune(s), “Rare happiness” is on the album titled “House Music“.
